Job description

Senior Engineers

Hands-on engineers building APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational experiences

Strong focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing and operational excellence

Candidates should bring strong software engineering fundamentals across React/TypeScript,

C#/.NET, APIs, microservices, cloud-native development (Azure/AWS), DevSecOps,

CI/CD, automated testing and production support, combined with practical experience

delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions.

Key capabilities include:

Building AI agents and conversational applications

API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration

RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval

Conversational AI, including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and

context management

Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails

Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring

Highly desirable experience includes:

Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel

Dynamics 365 Contact Centre

Voice Bots, IVR, PSTN and contact-centre routing

Agent testing, synthetic conversations and Responsible AI

Multi-agent architectures, Power Platform and Dataverse
