We’re building a disciplined, data-driven growth engine — and paid media is a critical part of that foundation.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist (Technical Focus) with a background in engineering, electrical systems, or automotive repair to join our growing technical operations team.
This role goes beyond standard warehouse work—you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with operational responsibilities to ensure our equipment is fully functional, high-quality, and ready for customers. You’ll take ownership of complex repairs and refurbishments, support team development, and help build scalable processes as we grow.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys solving technical challenges, working independently, and expanding into the specialty coffee industry.
What You’ll Do
Equipment Repair & Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose, service, and refurbish a variety of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fluid system issues across multiple brands and models.
- Perform final testing to ensure all equipment meets performance and quality standards before shipment.
Technical Project Ownership
- Manage repair and refurbishment projects from initial assessment through completion.
- Prioritize tasks and handle multiple technical jobs simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Support both pre-sale and post-sale technical inquiries when needed.
Process Development & Quality Improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for repair procedures, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
- Analyze recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
- Train and support technicians and warehouse staff on tools, processes, and technical best practices.
- Act as a go-to resource for complex technical questions within the team.
Operations & Inventory Coordination
- Manage spare parts inventory, sourcing, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide technical insights and support.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in equipment repair or a related field (e.g., automotive, HVAC, industrial equipment, or appliances).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment (50+ lbs).
- Interest in coffee equipment or willingness to develop expertise in the field.
- Paid time off.
- Professional development support and technical training.
- Career advancement opportunities within a fast-growing company.
- Autonomy in a goal-oriented and performance-driven culture.
- Opportunity to work with innovative equipment and evolving technologies.
