About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Körber WMS Functional Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Infios (formerly Körber WMS/HighJump WMS) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Infios (Körber WMS) solutions for enterprise warehouse operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective WMS functional designs and configurations.
- Configure and optimize warehouse management processes, including:
- Inbound & Receiving
- Putaway
- Inventory Management
- Replenishment
- Order Picking
- Packing
- Shipping
- Cycle Counting
- Conduct solution design workshops and recommend industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, integration teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support all phases of project delivery, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
- Investigate and resolve functional issues while coordinating with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
- Provide post-production support and drive continuous process improvements.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, and solution demonstrations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Infios (Körber WMS/HighJump WMS).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain business processes.
- Experience configuring Infios/Körber WMS and designing functional solutions.
- Participation in at least one full lifecycle WMS implementation project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Körber WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, or warehouse automation systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with RF devices, barcode scanning technologies, and warehouse automation.
- Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Manufacturing, 3PL, or Distribution industries.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum project environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based WMS implementations is an added advantage.
