SOC Analyst 1

We are looking for a proactive SOC Analyst (Tier I) to join our Network Security Operations Center team.

Position Overview

• Role: SOC Analyst 1 (Tier I)
• Location: Harrisburg, PA
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
• Interview Process: In-Person Interview Required
• Shift Schedule: 24/7 Operations (Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring: Provide continuous, on-site monitoring for core communication sites and systems.
• Triage & Escalation: Analyze incoming security alerts, filter out false positives, and escalate valid threats promptly.
• Incident Logging: Log, track, and document incident details strictly via email, chat, and ticketing channels.
• Operations Support: Support security incident response efforts and collaborate on refining detection playbooks and dashboards.
