Job Description

At MECCA, we're always looking for better ways to bring our biggest ideas to life. As our Enterprise Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in helping deliver strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business.

Sitting within our Strategy team, you'll partner with leaders and cross functional teams across MECCA to bring structure, visibility and momentum to our most important projects. This isn't a traditional PMO role - it's hands on, collaborative and designed for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships and making meaningful progress.

You'll thrive in a fast paced environment where priorities evolve, and no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

Drive visibility across MECCA's enterprise project portfolio through reporting, risk management and benefit tracking.

Partner with project leads and business stakeholders to keep key initiatives moving and remove delivery roadblocks.

Support projects where additional coordination and delivery expertise is needed, flexing across priorities as the business evolves.

Champion consistent delivery practices by developing and improving project tools, templates and ways of working.

Build trusted relationships across the business and communicate project progress and key decisions with clarity and confidence.

What You Will Bring

Experience delivering complex, cross functional projects, ideally within consulting or a fast paced commercial environment.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly as business priorities shift.

Experience improving delivery frameworks, processes or governance practices is highly regarded.

A degree in Business, Management or a related discipline is preferred.

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and loves collaborating with people to make great work happen.

Benefits
  • Professional development programs and first class digital learning opportunities
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Reward and recognition programs
  • Access to bonus and incentive programs
  • Quarterly product allowance
  • A generous team member discount for you and your immediate family (subject to company policy)
