Profile Summary:

Condé Nast is looking for an Art Designer with four years of experience in multi platform design, visual strategy, typography, video and creative ideation. The ideal candidate will also have strong organisational skills as well as a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment across all platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching and designing graphics for editorial content for digital, social and video platforms.
• Working closely with the Digital team to ideate and create cohesive, unique graphics/GIFs.
• Assisting with developing design approaches for in-house events, social media initiatives, and other brand campaigns.
• Working with internal partners (production, product, etc.) to translate print into digital assets.
• Adhering to strict daily deadlines.

Advanced software knowledge

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Canva

Basic software knowledge

Adobe InDesign: Only to access files and work on basic layouts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A strong design portfolio and sophisticated aesthetic that reflects multi-platform experience and a strong foundation in typography.
• Thorough understanding of brand identity and ability to rigorously adhere to branding guidelines.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proven experience working on design projects from concept to completion.
• Interest in the fashion, photography, culture, entertainment, and beauty/wellness media landscape.
• Required work experience - 4 to 6 years
