Senior Hardware Engineer

Senior Hardware Engineer Location: Tarrytown, NY Onsite FTE/Contract Role
Must-Have Skills: PCB Design / Analog / Mixed Signal / Digital

• 8 15 years of hardware design experience.
• Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal Design.
• Experience with signal integrity techniques and layout constraints.
• High-Speed PCB Design (Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, CAN).
• PCB Design, DFM, DFT, SI/PI Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on PCB hardware design and new product development activities.
• Perform schematic reviews, component selection, PCB design reviews, and hardware validation.
• Design and develop electrical/electronic hardware and subsystem characterization/test equipment.
• Develop new concepts, including component selection and block diagrams.
• Create and maintain wiring diagrams, schematics, 2D/3D models, and BOMs.
• Design/build electronics and manual or semi-automated test systems.
• Integrate electrical hardware with software/firmware and troubleshoot complex subsystem-level issues.
• Modify and review existing designs and execute engineering changes.
• Support PCBA, assemblies, prototypes, jigs, and test fixtures.
• Perform design verification/validation and participate in reliability activities, including RCA/8D, FMEA, failure analysis, and design reviews.
