We are looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager – Analytics & AI to lead strategic consulting engagements for enterprise insurance clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior consulting professional with a strong background in Insurance, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, and Client Engagement.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with exceptional client-facing consulting skills, enabling organizations to define and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation strategies while driving measurable business value.

Insurance domain experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Insurance Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation.

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define enterprise Data & AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models.

• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and strategy engagements to identify business opportunities and deliver scalable, value-driven analytics solutions.

• Build and maintain strong executive relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing client engagements.

• Lead solution development, business proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture in collaboration with SMEs and technology teams.

• Own end-to-end engagement delivery, including project management, governance, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and quality assurance.

• Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, Data Management, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Visualization, Automation, and Cloud Analytics initiatives.

• Drive adoption of modern DataOps practices, cloud-native data platforms, governance frameworks, and enterprise AI solutions.

• Identify process improvement opportunities through analytics, automation, and innovative solution design.

• Mentor consulting teams and promote continuous learning, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years of consulting experience in Data, Analytics, and AI with a strong focus on the Insurance industry.

• Proven experience leading large-scale client engagements and enterprise transformation programs.

• Strong experience managing multiple client relationships and leading Insurance Analytics Centers of Excellence (CoE).

• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise Data, AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Predictive Analytics, and Business Consulting initiatives.

• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and/or Insurance business processes and analytics use cases.

• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, modern data platforms, enterprise data architecture, governance, and AI technologies.

• Experience developing executive presentations, proposals, solution architectures, and RFP responses.

• Strong analytical thinking with expertise in business problem solving, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making.

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment while managing multiple priorities and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modeling solutions.

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms, DataOps, and enterprise data governance.

• Exposure to visualization tools, business intelligence platforms, and advanced analytics ecosystems.

• Experience working with global delivery models and offshore/onshore consulting teams.
