Embedded Systems Architect / Technical Lead

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software, systems, or embedded engineering experience
• Experience with embedded or edge-compute systems
• Strong Linux-based embedded systems experience
• Strong C/C++ and Python skills
• Experience with hardware/software integration
• Experience with CAN, J1939, CDL, or similar machine/vehicle interfaces
• Experience with safety, compliance, or functional constraints
• Experience with AI-enabled applications, grounded assistants, or RAG
• Experience with OTA, diagnostics, logging, telemetry, and device management

Preferred:
• NVIDIA Orin / Jetson or similar edge AI platforms
• Voice systems, ASR, TTS, and audio integration
• HMI for industrial, automotive, or heavy-equipment applications
• Heavy equipment, automotive, industrial IoT, robotics, or connected machinery
• GPU and AI experience
• Cybersecurity architecture for connected embedded systems
• Aftermarket or retrofit product experience
• Experience with technical content grounding using manuals, service documentation, or fault data
