Job Description

Discipline: Project Manager<br />Location: North London<br />Start date: Immediate<br />Duration: 6+ months<br />Shifts: 11 day fortnight<br />Week 1: Mon to Fri 7-7, Weekend 7-4.30<br />Week 2:

Mon to Wed 7-7 and Thurs 7-2:30<br />PAYE Pay Rates:<br />Mon-Sun: £500.00/day, including Holiday Pay<br />Lodge Allowance: £55.00/day worked<br />Travel Allowance: £20.00/hr travelled<br />The Role:<br />Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a major Energy from Waste power station construction project in north London.

Duties will include:<br />-Managing all aspects of the project process including initial consultations with customers, preparation of delivery schedules, project resourcing requirements, running of tests through to final project sign off, etc.<br />-Managing the project delivery team including Site Managers, Supervisors, Engineers and mechanical installation teams and sub contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget<br />-Directing and monitoring logistics on site<br />-Managing the implementation of all plant and machinery<br />-Creation and implementation of risk assessments and method statements<br />-Attending regular meetings with the client<br />-Updating Contracts Managers and Directors on project progress<br />-Ensuring health and safety is adhered to on a daily basis<br />Requirements:<br />-Extensive experience as a Mechanical Site Project Manager<br />-Prior background in the Energy from Waste Power station construction sector<br />-CCNSG card<br />-SMSTS certificate<br />-HND or equivalent in mechanical engineering / construction<br />-Excellent people management skills and a proven ability to manage teams<br />-Ability to make quick decisions and find solutions if any issues or problems arise<br />-Ability to deal with complex tasks and deliver them to a set budget and timescale<br />-Ability to build relationships with clients<br />-Clear communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.<br />-Strong organisational and time-management skills<br />-Attention to detail - accurate and methodical in work.<br />-Hold a full UK driving licence.<br />About Us:<br />Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction and Maintenance sectors.
