Data Engineer - MDM and ETL - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Engineer - MDM and ETL for a Remote position with a Major Consumer Goods Company located in Minnesota. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.

Position Overview:
This role focuses on Master Data Management (MDM) implementation, data integration, and data quality. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Stibo MDM, various ETL tools like Boomi and Azure Data Factory, and BI reporting tools to support large-scale data integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profile and monitor data quality through reports and dashboards
• Leverage ETL processes to extract, cleanse, transform, and load data to ensure accurate, reconciled master data
• Configure and implement Stibo MDM solution, including workflows, matching, merging, integrations, and data quality rules
• Develop and manage end-to-end integrations, ETL processes, and data transformations for seamless data onboarding and distribution
• Design, develop, and configure the Stibo STEP MDM Platform (product MDM)
• Configure inbound and outbound integration endpoints, including REST API integrations
• Develop business rules and configure the WebUI
• Lead design workshops, gather requirements, and create data dictionaries

Primary Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Master Data Management and data governance concepts
• Experience with Stibo STEP MDM Platform, including data, object, and relationship modeling
• Expertise in real-time, near-real-time, and batch integrations
• Experience with ETL tools such as Boomi, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory (ADF), dbT, and SQL
• Familiarity with Medallion architecture and Snowflake
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau and Sigma
• Experience integrating MDM with operational systems, specifically JDE
• Proficiency working with JSON and XML formats
