Energy Engineering Manager
Liverpool Street, City of London
£55,000 - £65,000

Our client is a leading building service provider with a speciality within energy solutions. This is a great role to join a company with a firm commitment within sustainability and efficiency, they deliver cutting edge services to their portfolio of clients. They are now looking to bring a talented Energy Engineering Manager to strengthen their team.

As an Energy Engineering Manager, you will be a critical part of their team, implementing sustainable solutions, oversee BMS systems, conduct energy audits, liaise with managers and clients

Energy Engineering Manager Duties:

  • Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimise energy usage and reduce costs.
  • Conduct thorough energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilise demand logic systems to monitor and control energy consumption in real-time.
  • Analyse data from Sentinel platforms to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement energy-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with BREAM standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to onsite teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
  • Prepare reports and presentations outlining energy performance and proposed improvements.

Energy Engineer Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in energy engineering or a similar role, preferably in the building services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand logic systems and their applications in energy management.
  • Familiarity with Sentinel platforms and their use in monitoring and analysing energy data.
  • Strong understanding of BREAM standards and other sustainability frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in energy management would be advantageous.

Salary and Package:

  • £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
  • Private health and dental care
  • Work from 1 day a week
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
  • Internal progression
