Program Manager Level 2

Location: Cincinnati, OH Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager Level 2

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, Program Delivery, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex software delivery initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations independently.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, project tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
• Working knowledge of modern AI and agentic systems, including:
  • Agent architectures
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Agent-to-Agent (A2A) frameworks
  • Retrieval and context management
  • Orchestration platforms
  • AI evaluation methodologies
• Understanding of AI delivery considerations such as model evaluation, prompt management, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Data Platform, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale technology environments with shared services and platform teams.
• Experience delivering AI copilots, assistants, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, or LLM-powered solutions.
• Familiarity with AI observability, governance, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• Consulting or contract experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience driving user adoption, change management, and enablement programs for emerging technologies.
