Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Full Stack Java Developer for a 100% onsite opportunity in Columbus, OH. This is a highly technical, hands-on individual contributor role. The selected candidate will primarily focus on backend development (70%) with frontend responsibilities (30%). Future opportunities to mentor junior developers are expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.
• Build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop React-based frontend components.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Write unit tests using JUnit.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot extensively during development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, React, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong unit testing experience using JUnit.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot for software development.
• Local candidates and onsite interview availability are highly preferred.
