Job Description

Overview

MACA are seeking a Plant Administrator for a permanent full-time position based in our Welshpool corporate office, working Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for collating and entering all maintenance data and assist other departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating the maintenance system.
  • Assist with maintenance CMS training and support for site-based personnel.
  • Maintain positive and effective relations with other functional departments internal and external.
  • Assist mining operations with general maintenance planning administration queries.
  • Review project asset registers.
  • Ensure asset registers are monitored, accurate and updated when assets are transferred.
  • Support the Planning Manager in the ongoing development and implementation of maintenance strategies for all mining assets.
  • Support the development and integration of new technologies across the mining business, such as remote control and automation systems, and real-time analytics of operational and financial data.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a mobile maintenance workshop is desirable but not essential.
  • Intermediate computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exposure to a mobile maintenance equipment environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
