Senior Mainframe z/OS System Programmer / Mainframe Infrastructure Specialist

Hiring: Senior z/OS System Programmer (Mainframe) L3/Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior z/OS System Programmer to support enterprise Mainframe Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in z/OS System Programming, CICS, DB2, RACF, Sysplex/GDPS, Performance & Capacity Management, Automation, and ISV Product Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of z/OS environments
Support hardware/software upgrades and regular maintenance (RSUs)
Manage CICS, DB2, MQ, RACF, JES, USS, and ISV products
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and optimization
Implement backup/recovery strategies and ensure SLA compliance
Support automation and monitoring solutions across the enterprise
Participate in 24x7 production support and change management activities
