Job Description

Escape Recruitment are seeking a Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client to install, maintain, and repair a variety of coffee and vending machines across West Lothian, Fife & Edinburgh. You'll be field-based, ensuring customers receive reliable service and minimal downtime, with full support from our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair coffee & vending equipment
  • Diagnose and fix electrical/mechanical faults
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Manage parts and service records
  • Provide excellent customer support

What We're Looking For

  • Strong electrical & mechanical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Customer-facing service experience

Desirable

  • Coffee/vending service experience
  • City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical
  • Confident communicator with a passion for great service
