Job Description

Technical Operations Specialist (Building Services HVAC) | Kiel, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated Technical Operations Specialist to join the building services team of a leading hospital group. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient technical operation of a major healthcare facility, contributing to a high-standard patient care environment. The Role • Perform technical maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and upgrades of building systems to ensure safe and continuous operation. • Respond to technical reports, conduct condition assessments, and perform regular technical rounds. • Coordinate and oversee external subcontractors, guiding their work and performing quality acceptance. • Contribute to technical projects, including supporting energy management initiatives and implementing efficiency measures. • Manage technical data, process relevant information, and ensure legally compliant documentation of all services. • Participate in on-call duty to ensure swift response to any technical disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in HVAC (e.g., SHK, central heating and ventilation, gas and water installation) with several years of professional experience. • Solid knowledge of relevant technical regulations and their practical application. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently address technical challenges. • Proficiency with IT systems, including MS Office and ideally CAFM applications. • Commitment, teamwork, and a customer-service oriented attitude. • Willingness for further professional development and a valid driver's license (Class B).
