Job Description

Hometown Insulation Inc is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead inspections, documentation, and safety compliance across residential and light commercial insulation projects. You will develop and maintain quality standards, conduct on-site audits, review crew workmanship, and ensure adherence to building codes, OSHA requirements, and manufacturer specifications. The role includes training field teams, tracking corrective actions, coordinating with project managers, and collaborating with customers, inspectors, and vendors to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations that enhance energy efficiency and comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality standards for insulation projects
  • Conduct on-site inspections and audits of residential and light commercial jobs
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and manufacturer specifications
  • Document findings, track corrective actions, and report quality metrics
  • Train and coach field crews on installation best practices and safety
  • Review project documentation, permits, and job close-out packages
  • Collaborate with project managers to prevent quality and safety issues
