Investment Analyst - PERE - French/German - Macdonald & Company

I’m working with a leading European private equity real estate investor that is looking to hire an Investment Analyst into its London investment team.
This is a genuine principal investing opportunity, working alongside an experienced team across the UK and wider European markets.
The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:
▪️ Deal sourcing and screening
▪️ Investment underwriting and financial modelling
▪️ Acquisition execution and due diligence
▪️ Investment Committee papers and presentations
▪️ Market and sector analysis
▪️ Portfolio and asset-level analysis
We are looking for:
▪️ 1–2 years' experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking / M&A, or a transaction-focused real estate environment
▪️ Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
▪️ Experience underwriting real estate investments
▪️ Excellent analytical and academic credentials
▪️ Strong interest in European real estate investing
▪️ Fluent French or German is highly desirable
This would suit an ambitious Analyst looking to move into a high-quality European PERE platform, with meaningful exposure to investment decisions and transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions throughout Western Europe.
