Position Summary: THE CLIENT is seeking a IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly those involving Epic or Cerner systems. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of working with leadership teams and Joint Venture Partners (large healthcare organizations such as Baylor, Scott and White Health, CommonSpirit Health, and Tenet Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, adhering to best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with THE CLIENT leadership and Joint Venture Partners to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with Epic or Cerner systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with leadership teams and Joint Venture Partners.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations and understanding of healthcare IT systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other healthcare IT systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and standards.
• Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role.
