Engineer-Information Services Senior

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our IS Networking and Telephony team in the role of Engineer-Information Services Senior.
The Engineer-Information Services Senior fulfills customer requirements through the design, build, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-class datacenter computing hardware, software, networking tools, and platforms. This role evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products and technologies while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled. The position provides comprehensive support for logical networking and communications protocols, Microsoft products, Intel and midrange platforms, relational databases, and programming and scripting. The Engineer-Information Services Senior works on complex applications and projects, applying advanced technical expertise to deliver reliable and effective solutions. In addition, the role mentors and assists other team members.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Cloud platform experience preferred.
- Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred.
- Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.
