Job Description

Title: Pega QA Engineer (Automation & API Testing)

Location: Remote

Hire Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Pega applications.
  • Validate Pega case workflows, business rules, SLAs, integrations, and UI components.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Playwright with Java or C#.
  • Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and Swagger.
  • Execute automated test suites and support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Log, track, and validate defects using ADO/Jira.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills: Pega Testing | Pega Automation Testing | API Testing | SQL | Azure DevOps/Jira | Agile Scrum.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in Pega Application Testing.
  • Experience with Pega Customer Service Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Selenium/Playwright Automation.
  • Experience with API Testing (Postman, REST Assured, REST/SOAP Services).
  • SQL and database validation.
  • Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, CI/CD tools.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and STLC.
