JOB DESCRIPTION

• This position will support the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions focused on improving employee's digital experience.
• This role will focus on AI agents, enterprise integrations, automation, RAG solutions, and rapid delivery of AI-powered capabilities across employee-facing platforms.
• Key responsibilities will include:
• Develop AI agents and GenAI applications -
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems and APIs -
• Build RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval capabilities -
• Develop and support cloud-based AI applications and workflows -
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions -
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production AI solutions
