The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the operational management role for the service center, ensuring technical standards and efficient daily operations. • Provide exceptional customer service from initial order to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and optimize incoming work orders. • Oversee quality assurance, inventory management, and audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with preferred experience as a Kfz-Meister, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer. • Willingness to undertake the required certification for operational management or already possess it. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient German language skills. • Strong customer focus, service orientation, and effective communication abilities. • Solid PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
