The Role • Ensure safe and punctual train operations within the national FlixTrain network. • Operate trains from Berlin, supporting passenger transport with a strong focus on safety and adherence to regulations. • Maintain reliable communication with control centers, colleagues, and passengers. • Contribute to punctual and efficient train operations, supporting a seamless travel experience. • Undertake preparatory and concluding tasks to ensure operational readiness of trains. • Actively foster positive and professional communication with passengers. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge for Berlin and surrounding areas is advantageous. • A high level of safety consciousness and responsibility. • Strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
