The Role • Set up, adjust, and optimize production machinery to ensure high efficiency, quality, and availability. • Monitor and control production processes, focusing on quality and cost aspects such as waste reduction and setup times. • Perform maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs to resolve issues and prevent downtime. • Contribute to continuous improvement processes to optimize workflows, productivity, and process stability. • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, reporting any deviations. • Operate the IT system (SAP) for recording operational data and documenting production. What You'll Need • Successful completion of a technical vocational training. • Previous experience operating and monitoring production machinery is advantageous. • Strong technical understanding. • Team player with reliability and flexibility. • Proficiency in German (B2 level). • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and occasional overtime during busy periods.
