Job Description

Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud
Strong expertise in Amazon Connect development and implementation
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flow design, development, and optimization
Experience configuring routing profiles, queues, agents, and user management in Amazon Connect
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda for dynamic workflows and automation
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with third-party applications, CRMs, and REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex chatbot integrations
Experience with Amazon Connect Streams API and Contact Control Panel (CCP) customization
Experience with Contact Lens, CloudWatch, and AWS analytics/reporting tools
Knowledge of omnichannel communication workflows including voice, chat, and task management
Strong experience building microservices and serverless architectures
Proficiency in backend development using Java, Node.js, and/or Python
Strong expertise in AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions
