Junior & Senior Welder – Manufacturing & Fabrication

Full-Time | Monday–Friday| $20.00–$30.00/Hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay | Overtime Opportunities

We are currently hiring Junior and Senior Welders to join our growing manufacturing and fabrication team. Whether you're an entry-level welder looking to develop your skills or an experienced professional seeking your next long-term opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
  • Assist with additional manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed
  • Senior Welders may assist with complex fabrication projects, troubleshooting, and mentoring less experienced team members

Junior Welder

  • Previous welding experience through employment, vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship preferred
  • Basic understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
  • Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Senior Welder

  • Several years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience required
  • Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
