• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Gastroenterology with a specialization in Gastroenterology.
• A structured approach to work, with strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Empathy and excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, especially concerning sensitive diagnoses.
• Proficiency in using modern medical equipment and digital documentation systems, such as endoscopy systems.
• Experience in instructing and professionally supporting medical assistants and endoscopy staff.
