Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of powered access equipment.<br />Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.<br />Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.<br />Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.<br />Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations.<br />Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.<br />Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.<br />Qualifications CAP (Competent Assessed Person) qualification is essential.<br />Proven experience in servicing and repairing powered access equipment or similar machinery.<br />Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.<br />Full UK driving license.<br />Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br />Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.<br />Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br />Day-to-Day Start your day by reviewing scheduled jobs and preparing your van with the necessary tools and equipment.<br />Travel to client sites in Portsmouth and surrounding areas to perform maintenance and repairs.<br />Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.<br />Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain any necessary repairs.<br />Complete service reports and update the system with accurate job details.<br />Return to the depot as needed to restock parts or liaise with the team.<br />Benefits Competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £44,000 per annum.<br />Fully equipped company van with personal use allowance.<br />25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.<br />Generous pension scheme.<br />Company-provided mobile phone.<br />Opportunities for overtime to boost your earnings.<br />Work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling a 42.5-hour workweek.<br />Supportive and professional work environment with opportunities for career development.<br />If you are a motivated and experienced Mobile Powered Access Engineer looking for a rewarding role with excellent benefits, apply today to join our team.
