The Role

• Manage customized orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and sales representatives.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of sales programs, products, and policies.
• Process artwork orders, ensure necessary approvals, and coordinate with various departments.
• Assist in training new customer service team members.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with order processing and a strong attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience with embroidered and/or embossed products is a plus.
• Knowledge of the golf industry or its products is advantageous.
• Availability to train in-office for the initial 4-6 weeks.
