  • Review and guide engineering projects, technical proposals, system designs, budgets, and equipment lifecycle plans to ensure alignment with established automation, operational, safety, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Drive automation and instrumentation improvements while supporting industrial cybersecurity, safety and environmental initiatives, advanced control applications, and specialized analytical solutions.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

  • Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, supervision, mentoring, or direction within an engineering or industrial automation environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and/or DCS technologies, with manufacturer training or certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with industrial control networks, Process Control Networks, ICS cybersecurity, communications architecture, and process historians or comparable data storage and retrieval platforms.
  • Background in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or another complex industrial environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with NFPA 70, NEC requirements, or electrical trade training is a plus.

What We Offer You

Our client offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support employees both professionally and personally. Benefits may include:
