Job Description:

·         We are seeking a QA Lead with strong Workday testing experience to lead quality assurance activities across Workday implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on testing professional who can manage a QA team while actively contributing to test planning, execution, and defect management.

·         Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead end-to-end QA activities for Workday projects, including Integration Testing, File/Interface Testing, System Testing, and UAT Support.

·         Own and maintain all test artifacts, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports.

·         Perform hands-on testing of Workday integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, data validation, and file transfers.

·         Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage and timely defect resolution.

·         Manage and mentor a QA team, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

·         Drive defect triage meetings, track testing progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

·         Support release validation, regression testing, and production readiness activities.

·         Required Skills:

·         8+ years of QA experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Integrations.

·         Strong experience in Integration Testing, Interface/File Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.

·         Proven experience creating and managing Test Strategy, Test Plans, RTM, and other QA documentation.

·         Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools.

·         Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Skills: Manual Testing Processes and Management~Data Protection with Quality Assurance

·         Experience Required: 6-8
