Job Title: Employment Advisor / Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bath - Office based

Salary: 26,500 - 29,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

The Role:

• Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment.
• Identify and support individuals with any barriers to work.
• Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
• Support participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.
• Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
• Maintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.

Criteria:

• Experience of working in a target driven environment - business development, sales, recruitment, customer service etc.
• Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
• Must be IT literate.
