Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures for hardware and/or software products * Perform functional, regression, integration, and validation testing throughout the product development lifecycle * Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems and communicate findings to engineering teams * Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product performance, failures, and quality metrics * Collaborate with design and development engineers to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability * Develop and maintain automated and manual test equipment, fixtures, and tooling * Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes for product failures Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field * 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a related engineering role * Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems * Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (Python, LabVIEW, or similar) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail * Familiarity with industry standards and compliance testing processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration About Us: Legion Technical Solutions LLC is a Tucson-based engineering and technical services company committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to its clients.
