As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play an important role in guiding each patient’s recovery journey through thoughtful, goal-driven care. Education and Position Requirements:

• Physical Therapy degree.
• Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Michigan.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience highly preferred.
