Job Title: SAP Procure to Pay Team Lead

Should be able to Drive issue resolution with strong ownership and initiative, ensuring timely closure and stakeholder satisfaction.

Should be able to Support end-to-end procurement processes (Procure-to-Pay) from purchase requisition creation through purchase order processing, goods receipt, invoicing, and payment, ensuring seamless business operations and issue resolution across the procurement lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Drive issue resolution with strong ownership and initiative, ensuring timely closure and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes (Procure-to-Pay) from purchase requisition creation through purchase order processing, goods receipt, invoicing, and payment, ensuring seamless business operations and issue resolution across the procurement lifecycle.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and provide effective SAP MM solutions.
• Handle escalations proactively with realistic timelines and clear communication.
• Strong understanding of AIF interfaces and error handling.
• Should have strong knowledge of EDI and IDOC configuration, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyse and resolve interface-related issues effectively.
• Work extensively with integrated SAP modules, like FI, SD, PP and technical teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Good knowledge of OBYC, movement types, and other MM configurations.
• Experience handling production support, incidents, and escalations.
• Good hands-on experience with Excel for reporting and analysis.
