Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay Rate: $46.06/hour

Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (4 days onsite Monday-Thursday)

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer who enjoys turning innovative ideas into real-world products? We are seeking a Feature Systems Software Developer to support the design, development, and launch of advanced technology features. Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Systems Engineering experience


• Minimum 3 years supporting software development for embedded systems


• Experience developing system requirements, feature specifications, and system architectures


• Knowledge of Systems Engineering V-Model methodology


• Experience with DFMEA, verification planning, and requirements management


• Ability to collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, and integration teams


• Automotive industry experience preferred

Job Duties

• Develop system architectures and feature requirements


• Create functional specifications for software implementation


• Support products from concept through production launch


• Develop engineering documentation, verification plans, and traceability records


• Evaluate functional safety and cybersecurity impacts


• Participate in technical discussions and engineering decision-making


• Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to solve complex problems


• Support Model-Based Systems Engineering activities and logical architecture development
