Fire and Security Careers are recruiting for an established and respected Fire & Security company seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Fire and Security to oversee service operations and ensure high quality delivery across their customer base who are getting PPM, Service and maintenance of Fire & Security.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience from a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA aligned Fire & Security company, who understands service delivery, compliance, and supporting/ managing service engineers in the field.

The Role - Fire and Security Service Manager/ Service Delivery Manager - East Midlands

You will lead the service function, ensuring customers receive an excellent standard of maintenance, response, and communication. Working closely with engineers, coordinators, and management, you'll oversee day to day service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For - in a Fire and Security Service Manager/ Service Delivery Manager - East Midlands

• Experience in Fire & Security service delivery or management
• Background with BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA aligned companies
• Strong understanding of Fire Alarm and/or Security system servicing
• Ability to lead engineers, manage workloads, and maintain high service standards
• Based near or commutable to Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
