Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. CRM Data Migration Developer to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, KingswaySoft, Microsoft SQL Server, and Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM data migrations. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions that support business operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using KingswaySoft.
• Collaborate with ETL specialists to migrate and transform CRM data into Dynamics 365 (D365) and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain data models, integration pipelines, and transformation solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and consistency across all migration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data transformation issues.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data migration performance.
• Stay current with ETL technologies, best practices, and emerging data integration tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master''s preferred).
• 5–7+ years of experience in data development.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with KingswaySoft.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM data migration and CRM transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data integration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (or equivalent SQL Server certification).
• Additional ETL, data integration, or data management certifications are a plus.
