Job Title: F&O Project Manager

Location: USA (Any City), Preferably Chicago

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced F&O Project Manager with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Administration, specifically in Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile transformations and coaching teams to deliver high quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance their performance and productivity.
Work closely with product owners to ensure a well defined backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teamâ€¿s progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new approaches.
Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications to ensure alignment with Agile practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Functional.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP ACC), or equivalent.
Experience in leading Agile transformations in large organizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ€¿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to technology solutions.
