Senior Test Lead (Hybrid IT & QA)

HammondCare is seeking a Test Lead to shape quality across complex digital transformation and customer service initiatives. You will define test strategy, coordinate cross functional teams, and ensure platforms and integrations meet security, performance and business requirements.

Reporting to the IT leadership, you will lead end to end testing, manage defects, UAT, and drive continuous improvement in testing maturity while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.
