The Role • Control production processes from the control room. • Provide technical leadership to small teams operating in a multi-shift environment. • Collect and forward samples for quality assurance. • Identify, document, communicate, and assist in resolving operational disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Chemical Production Specialist, Chemical Technician, or equivalent qualification. • Prior experience in a chemical production facility. • Strong technical understanding. • Independent and meticulous work ethic. • B2 level German language proficiency. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system. • Forklift license is advantageous.
