Baths By Design is looking for an experienced Part-Time In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners interested in shower and bath remodeling. We are a family-owned company that believes in honesty, integrity, and putting our customers first. We are not a high-pressure sales organization.

Compensation

Independent Contractor (1099)

10% commission on all sales

50% paid at contract signing

50% paid after installation

Expected earnings: $3,000–$10,000+ per month, based on approximately a 30% closing ratio

What We Provide

1–5 qualified residential appointments per week (more if you desire / available)

Sales, product and materials training

A company committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Previous Home Improvement Sales experience is required

The ability to utilize and read a tape measure and have some experience in construction

Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance

Own laptop and cell phone

Self-motivated with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality

Professional, coachable, and dependable, comfortable working independently

Ability to work 2 Saturday mornings per month (No Sunday appointments)

Service Area

Travel throughout our service area:

Portland to Salem

Forest Grove/McMinnville to Sandy

Appointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
