Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 7-10years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs andtechnical solutions in enterprise-scale digital programs. The ideal candidatewill have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) orequivalent enterprise Web Content Management (WCM) platforms, enabling them totranslate complex requirements into actionable deliverables for development andgovernance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, productowners, and technical teams to elicit, document, and validaterequirements.
  
• Translate business needs into functionalspecifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  
• AEM/WCM Expertise
  
• Act as the functional SME for AEM/AEMaaCS (or equivalent WCM platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, etc.).
  
• Document and validate requirements for AEMcomponents, templates, workflows, content fragments, and integrations.
  
• Support governance initiatives including multi-brandsetups, author enablement, and compliance-driven workflows.
  
• Partnerwith architects and developers to ensure requirements align with enterpriseintegration patterns (e.g., CRM, DAM, Analytics, Identity, PaymentGateways).
  
• SupportAPI/microservices documentation, data mapping, and validation.
  
• Governance& Documentation
  
• Produce audit-ready documentation: BRDs, FRDs, traceability matrices,impact assessments, and Confluence-ready governance pages.
  
• Ensuresolutions meet compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
  
• Testing& Validation
  
• SupportQA/UAT teams with test case design, requirement traceability, anddefect triage.
  
• ValidateAEM/WCM features against business scenarios and governance rules.
  

Requirements

• Must-Have:Prior experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) or enterprise WCM platforms.
  
• 7-10years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital platforms,eCommerce, or enterprise CMS environments.
  
• Strongknowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and backlog managementtools (JIRA, Confluence).
  
• Experiencein functional documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptancecriteria, process maps.
  
• Familiaritywith integration workflows (CRM, DAM, Analytics, Identity,Payments).
  
• Knowledgeof Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, or other Adobe Experience Cloudsolutions.
  
• Experiencewith multi brand governance, compliance-driven environments, and authorenablement.
  
• Excellent communication skills to work across business,technical, and governance teams
  

Good to Have

• Exposureto Adobe Commerce (Magento) or other enterprise commerce platforms.
  
• Understanding of API/microservices,cloud-native architectures, and DevOps workflows
