What You'll Do

• Operate bending equipment to form metal products according to specifications.
• Follow measurements, blueprints or work instructions as required.
• Monitor finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Make sure production requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience.
• Metalworking or industrial equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow measurements and instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A desire for consistent work and long-term employment.
