Job Description

W2 Contract Only – No C2C.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end SAP processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs.
  • Work with business users, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support integration between SAP and external applications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.
  • Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and SAP optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong experience in one or more SAP functional modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, or HCM.
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration concepts.
  • Experience working with SAP Fiori is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA certification.
  • Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and integrations.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
