About the role

We areseekinga proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our property team. The BDM willbe responsible fordriving growth byidentifyingandacquiringproperties for telecommunications infrastructure. The candidate willbe responsible forbuilding strong relationships with landlords, Strata managers and committeesbyensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for real estateand telecommunicationsand a talent for sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Introduceleads to the telecommunication network and onboardnew buildings
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with property owners,propertyinvestors, and developers.
  • Collaborate with theplanning and designteam to ensure smooth onboarding andhandoverof new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies toincrease thetake upof infrastructure.
  • Represent the company at industry events,information sessions, communityfunctionsand committee meetings.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of leads, opportunities, and client interactionsin company systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Effectively explain and educate stakeholders on the telecommunication network and how it operates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development,salesortelecommunications
  • Strong understanding of the Australian property market and landlord expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical understanding of how telecommunication access networksoperateand are installed (FTTP desired).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiencyin CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver'slicenceand reliable vehicle.
  • Experience working in a real estate agency environment.
  • Established network of property investors and landlords.
  • Marketing or digital advertising experience.
