Job Description

This team is building and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM to support enterprise-scale federal operations. The role puts you in a position to own full development lifecycle work — from requirements and design through testing and go-live, on systems that directly support mission operations.
Role Highlights:

  • Clearance Required: Public Trust MBI (T2)
  • Compensation: $114K - $140K+ depending on qualifications
What You''ll Be Doing:
  • Designing and developing solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules based on business and technical requirements
  • Building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
  • Troubleshooting platform defects and performing root cause analysis
  • Supporting upgrades and ensuring platform compatibility
  • Creating technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and release notes
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
  • Experience with workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML data structures.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong ServiceNow HR development.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS (ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
  • Background in developing enterprise applications or supporting large-scale ITSM programs.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow security and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.
